ketchupdates and changes 9 (Meko the second)

Added some details outside and inside Meko's house, added a bit of a tutorial on the stop-dash and how to use the power discs, the golden barrier now opens when you pass the level, and now i'm going to try to make a way to skip the first part of the level results
