ketchupdates and changes 13 (Meko the second)

i don't even know if i can say how much things i added:
-  added a kaizo level
- the second level is done
- amary is set up
- added hot dog
- added a few npcs
- removed the mini disc inventory
- added a defense
- the hud changes based on the character
- the map is now on mode 7 (even thought you guys can't see i guess)
